This policy applies to all online and phone orders shipped by [Bakery Name]. In-store pickup orders are not covered by shipping terms.

Shipping Areas

- Local delivery: Canton, Akron, Cleveland (see Local Delivery section).

- Domestic shipping: to addresses within N/A.

- International shipping: available to select countries only; contact us for availability and rates.

Order Processing

- Processing time: orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days unless the product is made-to-order (custom cakes, specialty items), which may require 3–7 business days. Expedited processing may be available for an extra fee.

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

- Cutoff time: standard same-day/local delivery orders must be placed by 5:00PM est.
